In 2013, a civil engineer decided to take a step of faith and start a consulting engineering firm. Since that day, Civil Southeast, LLC has expanded to multiple locations throughout Alabama providing civil engineering, project management, and land surveying services. In the Spring of 2017, an opportunity arose to develop a residential neighborhood in Andalusia, Alabama and from that opportunity, Abram Homes was born.
